Met the author at teh American Association of Museums conference in Chicago. Harris was part of a panel discussing the topic of house museums and their future in AMeican tourism. THis book is an expansion of her notes and deal plainly wit hthe struggles facing historic homes today. Harris provides ample illustrations and examples as well as years of experience.
