This book is what it says on the cover. It is written by R.E.G.Davies who has drawn many of the maps in Airline magazines and came over from England to care for the Smithsonian collection. He is unexpectedly readable and clear, and I particularly his articles liked how Ryanair started and Braniff collapsed.
