The content isn't bad, but it is painful to read. Painful. The entire book is printed in BOLD FONT.

Lots of typos ("an installer who fell off a latter and broke his arm"). Needs to be edited -- several places where the text is unclear. Example regarding Reserve Fund:

"When the law or CC&Rs does not set a minimum funding replacement, it is my opinion that over 75% is desired and that under 50% is dangerously low." 50 or 75% of what -- Monthly income, or Annual? Budgeted income? Total assets?
