Zeer goed boek. We kennen allemaal de verhalen van de Steve Jobsen en Mark Zuckerbergs van deze wereld, maar het verhaal van Paul Spiegelman is 100 maal tastbaarder, herkenbaarder en meer toepasselijk.

Spiegelman startte met zijn 2 broers een soort van "health monitoring"-bedrijfje, een paar decennia later is hij CEO van nog steeds datzelfde bedrijf, dat geëvolueerd is naar een servicegeoriënteerd call center van 300 medewerkers.
