They range from cream soups to lentil soups to assorted vegetable soups to lemon soups to gazpacho. Many of them can be made without the use of milk, as well. Chocked-full of great salads and new twists on the classics! Mollie can do no wrong when it comes to veggies!

Awesome, simple, yummy soups. I add chicken & potatoes to the Dilled Vegetable Barley Soup when I've got them around and it works well. And the deceptively easy Potato-Leek soup tastes like it's filled with cream but I just use skim milk. Magic :)
