The second book in the Jack Delmas PI series finds Jack in Biloxi looking into the murderof a long-time family friend, Mr. Cass. Mr. Cass, a shrimper, had a long list of enemies from the crooked mayor to a band of Viertnamese gangs, local rednecks, and a money hungry niece (who Jack dated once upon a time).
