Happy Holidays / Site issues

Currently a large portion of the internet is having dns issues (amazon.com, salesforce.com, imdb, netflix, walmart).
While it appears our servers are ok, we host a lot of images on amazon's S3 service, so a lot of those aren't loading. Also doing a search on goodreads using amazon will not work.
Theres nothing at we (the goodreads team) can do at this point, but I'll continue to monitor the situation.

Update, seems to be resolved now.

I've been having issues with the site. The latest book I've added - Shadow of the Wind - is showing up on my profile update feed, but does not appear on my Read shelf or on my blog widget. I've tried everything I can think of - deleting/re-adding, e-mailing Help (ahem) - to no avail. Anyone know what's going on?
