OK, not much time to blog, but suffice it to say for my bucket list today I took a boot camp class at a gym I recently joined — terrified it was going to be some big sargeant barking at me to drop and give him 20.


Actually, it was a darling young woman who perkily welcomed me to the class and told me to do my best.


Then she proceeded to kick my a*s.


I feel great right now.  Tomorrow—when my muscles catch up to what I just put them through with the medicine balls and the pull ups and the squats and the burpees—I might not feel quite so great.


Still, I'll definitely do it again.
