General Info:

Author/Reader registration should open by the end of February or first of March. Once you have fully registered, the hotel reservation code will be sent to you. The rooms have already been held in block, so they won't show up as available if you try to reserve in advance. In other words, you won't be able to reserve until you have fully registered and paid for the event.

Room rates are as follows:
$129 plus tax – Standard King or Double Queen room

($10 per person over double occupancy, max of 4 per room)

$149 plus tax – Executive Suites

(King or Double Queen $10 per person over double occupancy, max of 4 per room)

$229 plus tax – Celebrity Suite

($10 per person over double occupancy, max of 4 per room)
