Sarah Beth Durst is the author of ICE, as well as INTO THE WILD, an Andre Norton Award Finalist for Young Adult Science Fiction & Fantasy, and its sequel, OUT OF THE WILD. She has been writing fantasy stories since she was ten years old and holds an English degree from Princeton University. Sarah lives in Stony Brook, New York, with her husband and children, for whom she would happily journey east of the sun and west of the moon. Just finished your book a day or so ago - FABULOUS! I really loved it. Ordered for the library! Recommended it to friends! Totally curious - noted you went to Princeton, did you get any of your ideas at the Cotsen Library's collection? I did a study on them for a library class and they had such amazing books, especially fairy tales, so wondered.
Looking forward to reading your second book.
