I haven't yet decided what order to issue them in yet. I've just done the first one, THE COURT OF THE MIDNIGHT KING, my Richard III novel. Maybe I'll look at releasing Dark Cathedral next, since you've asked! It won't be until next year, however. Many thanks for your question!(less)

It’s been a very exciting week for those interested in Richard III, whose remains have been discovered beneath a Leicester car park that I must have walked past 100s of times all unknowing. A documentary (on Monday 4th Feb) told the full story – though I could have done with less of the wild-haired presenter and more solid history. That aside, it seems utterly surreal and magical that they fou...

“Rosie, maybe I'm a masochist, but I think the world of you. You're the most beautiful girl I've ever seen and you've got no idea. You think it's any fun for me to sit here being loathed by you? I'm in love with you.”
Freda Warrington, Elfland

“Brutal worlds where females are secondary to the action, mere chattels or bargaining counters, may be realistic, but they’re not for me. I aim to write women who are genuine.”
Freda Warrington

“I rarely write about magic in the waving wands, Harry Potter sense. Usually “magic” isn’t even mentioned because it isn’t a separate power, it’s part of the natural world.”
