“I must be besotted,” he said evenly. “I have the imbecilic idea that you’re the prettiest girl I’ve ever seen. Except for your coiffure,” he added, with a disgusted glance at the coils and plumes and pearls. “That is ghastly.”
She scowled. “Your romantic effusions leave me breathless.”

May, Hey! Thanks for the friendvite!
I absolutely love Pride & Prejudice! I did a mad search on google for images and found that one as well as several others. The 1995 BBC and A&E version with Colin Firth is my favorite but I did also love the 2005 version with Kiera Knightley.
Yes, "LovesDarcy" is my moniker everywhere! Even over at Amazon too. ;)
It looks like we have a few books in common. My reviews are sometimes just random thoughts about the books but I hope they can help you. :)

I have so many books I WANT to read right now, and more deadlines and work than I can handle. Solution? I read just a few pages at a time and really utilize my treadmill reading time too I guess. What's a bookworm to do?!
Hi May, I'm pleased to meet you and look forward to discussing books with you.
