I'm currently working on a very different novel than The Most Important Memoir Ever, etc. It's a difficult book, as I am dragging an emotionally wounded protagonist on a journey that is surreal, humorous, and painful. No references to previous works in this one.

I've been encouraged to write more about Delasco, though, and may reprint one of his slim books of philosophy, with commentary, if I can obtain the manuscript. There is only one known copy of "Things Fall Together and Other Lectures," and Echo (aka Caleb Allen Nell) had it. Since his disappearance, I have no idea where to find him, or a copy of the book.(less)

There is no such thing. Writer's block is just the ego out of whack.

Put your pen to paper and write a word. The only real writer's block occurs if your hands are tied, or someone is pointing a gun to your head and telling you not to write a word. Otherwise, shut up and write.(less)

Dr. Ambrose Delasco served as an Associate Instructor of Philosophy at the City College of New York from 1959 through 1968. His first book, The Primal Agenda, self-published in 1960, while difficult to find due to the fact that only 237 copies ever sold and only eight are known to exist, remains his most credible and best-selling book. In it, he expounds upon the principal of the Primal Agenda,...

The style of the writing was a little bothersome... it kind of reeked of effort and often made no logical sens

"I found the characters to lack depth and the story line to be murky with the referencing back and forth between Delasco and Echo, the detainee. I understand what the author was trying to do, but did not like the book. "
