| Walter Tevis is a terrific author who wrote one of my favorite books, The Queen's Gambit. While I didn't like this one quite as much, it's still an excellent read and holds up well because of the author's great talent. | |

John Marco's Tyrant's & Kings series & Bronze Knight series are fantastic! If someone put a gun to my head-I would begrudgingly choose the Jackal of Nar. I would love to see more in that universe...
