<about><![CDATA[	Born and raised in Europe I moved to Los Angeles at the age of 16. After high school and my B.A I decided to go back towards where I have my roots…
I arrived in Paris late November 2001, not speaking a word of French but determined to attain academic proficiency to be able to attend a law school in Brussels, specializing in European Business Law; 900 hours of academic French were needed, or a degree from a French (in addition to an English) institution. After a year and a half of intensive language classes and some work experience, I opted to do my MBA at a French institution instead.
I’ve had quite a long interesting life already. I have a rich academic background, I’ve already climbed an alternative career ladder, and could probably make a good living forever. When it comes to conspicuous consumption, I know it’s pillars by heart as I’ve worked twelve years in it’s Mecca: the nightlife. I’ve been a fly on the wall on the playground of the richest of the rich, the funniest of the fun, and the dirtiest of the dirty, from LA to Paris to Ibiza. I’ve done enough networking and have been blessed to meet all the right people - in that industry - for the past twelve years. I’ve made use of these connections with the aim of offering people a little bit of unsustainable happiness, and expenditures on conspicuous consumption as money makes the world go round. If money was my sole motivation I know where to find it, where to spend and/or how to keep it. But unfortunately that’s not enough; life is never that easy. I don’t value things in terms of money. I see the world and human relationships as they could be and need to repeatedly ask myself why it’s not like that, and what should be done to get there. What is the root of evil and the cause of human suffering? One answer is marginalization; that is why I started writing books. For people to breathe easier knowing that they are not alone. You are never alone. You are just isolated sometimes, as that makes life easier for those who have done you wrong; powerful players can often make large portions of a population feel marginalized and isolated.]]></about> <gender>female</gender> <born_at>06/21/1978</born_at>
