James Glen Stovall serves as an Edward J. Meeman Distinguished Professor of Journalism in the School of Journalism and Electronic Media. Before joining the UT faculty in 2006, Stovall was a visiting professor of mass communication at Emory and Henry College in Emory, Va. He came to Emory and Henry in 2003 after serving as a journalism professor for 25 years at the University of Alabama, where he is professor emeritus. |
