Working alongside her husband, Pastor Joel Osteen, Victoria serves as co-pastor of Lakewood Church, in Houston, Texas.

Under Pastor Joel and Victoria's leadership, Lakewood Church has grown in every area of ministry and has become the largest and most diverse congregation in America today with over 40,000 attending weekly services.

As co-pastor, Victoria is an integral part of each service at Lakewood and Joel Osteen’s worship events across the U.S. As a wife and a mother of two children, Victoria is an inspiration and mentor to women everywhere.
