About this author

I wrote a book. It's about a girl and her travels in another world, her adventures with the boy who loves her, and the decision she has to make that will change everything. It's the first in a trilogy that is loosely based off The Nutcracker ballet.
Right now, it's still under construction. I've been working on the first book for 3.5 years, and I will continue for another 10 if that's what it takes. It's on Goodreads mainly for my test readers to be able to track progress, but I am also excited to get the word out!
Feel free to message me for more information, and add my book to your shelves! Who knows when I might be in need of another test reader? ;)

Laura Newcombe I can't believe I'm writing a comment on your page. I haven't done this for years. It's kind of surreal.
But it seemed like the best way to tell you that (according to Goodreads) I have almost exactly read half the amount of books you have.
...i'mcatchinguptoyou.
(I feel like that should be a hashtag.)
