Julie Douglas Riso is the author of Blue (Murphy's Law Press). Her short fiction and travel writing have appeared or are forthcoming in Slush Pile, Avatar Review, Superstition Review, and many other diverse publications. She leads a nomadic life and was last seen wandering through Europe in the company of a Frenchman and a big brown rabbit.
