Darlene Marshall is the author of award-winning historical romance featuring pirates, privateers, smugglers and a possum or two. CASTAWAY DREAMS--on sale now!

Her books include Castaway Dreams, Sea Change, The Bride and the Buccaneer, Smuggler's Bride, Captain Sinister's Lady, and Pirate's Price .

Marshall's books are also available in German and Estonian.

Sea Change is a finalist for the Golden Quill Award. The Bride and the Buccaneer won the 2010 Beacon Award for best historical. In 2007 Marshall received the Eppie (Electronic Publishing) award twice for Best Historical Romance when Pirate's Price and Captain Sinister's Lady won in a tie. In 2006, Smuggler's Bride was a finalist in Single Title in the Lories Competition.

Not really a paranormal romance...yet. It's the start of a new series, with a lot of strong paranormal romance tropes, and we're pretty sure we know who the heroine's going to end up bedding, but we'll see that explored in future books in the series....more
