I love the twist you put on a series that has things that were adapted by many different authors.

I just wanted to let you know that I started your series yesterday, devoured The Summoning (read it all in one sitting!) and proceeded to order the following two books last night. Such an excellent book, I cannot WAIT to get the next two, wow!

My friend’s 11 yr old daughter (Leah) received a book series (that I will not name) as a Christmas gift. This series is geared towards 10-13 yr old girls, and it was assumed that it would be a suitable series for her to read. She left it at my place, and I dutifully noted that she was on page 29 when I decided to read the first few chapters. By page 55, I had to call my friend and read her a paragraph that described a sex act. It was decided that I would read the entire series and see if it was suitable or not (we would have blacked out this part if it was the only bit). It wasn’t. It got worse. Now, as a precaution, I pre-read all the popular series out there, and give the yay or nay. The Darkest Powers series has received a huge YAY. I am a big fan of the Otherworld series, and I enjoyed the three books in the DP series immensely. Thanks for giving us these wonderful books, and creating these fantastic worlds to escape to . September 25th is a planned date for Leah and I, as we head to The Smart Chicks Kick It Tour to (fingers crossed) meet you and get our favourite books signed.
I finished The Reckoning like a week ago!!!!!!!!!!!! Amazing!!!! I loved it..... PLEASE TELL ME YOU WERE KIDDING WHEN YOU SAID THAT WAS THE LAST BOOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really want more of Derek and Chloe!!

I just want to thank you Kelley for writing such amazing books! I finished the Reckoning last week, and it was AMAZING! I can't wait to read the Gathering and to get to know the new characters. While I will always want more Chloe and the gang I know the next trilogy will be great! Btw the ending to the Reckoning was PERFECT!

Thanks for the add Kelley. I fell in love with your books about 5 years ago when I picked up Stolen. I realized it was book two so I picked up Bitten and for the first and only time in my life I read two books at the same time. I love your writing and I love the little references to Canada all the time (like Wpg in Frostbitten (my hometown)).
