FRANK CHASE, JR., is a native of Baltimore, Maryland, where he grew up with a storied past that is a journey from raggedy brokenness to continued rich wholeness in Gods grace and love. Mr. Chase is the president of FC Publishing, LLC. Mr. Chase works for the government as a senior aviation writer for the Department of the Army. He has a four-year veteran of the United States Army. Mr. Chase has also served as a teacher, counselor, mentor and leader in men's ministry for twenty years. Hes earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications and a minor in Sociology from Washington State University in 1989.
