About this author

Gay Idle is a self-proclaimed Pastor's Wife Extraordinaire…not because of anything special she has done but because of this extraordinary journey that God has brought her to and through.

A dedicated wife, mother of two and happy grandmother(a.k.a. Gigi) to one, Gay serves along side her husband, Pastor Rod Idle, at Journey Community Church in Fernley, Nevada, where she leads Journey Women's Ministry.

She is the founder of, Cloud By Day Ministries, an outreach ministry designed to bring the unconditional love of Christ to the women who work in the brothels of Northern Nevada.

Gay is also a contributing author in the book, Bloom Where You’re Planted: Exploring Stories of encouragement and strength in the lives of women in church planting. You
