I just completed Hilary Mantel's "Bring up the Bodies," which concerns Henry VIII and his first three wivea and advisors. The book is narrated by Thomas Cromwell, and importent advisor to the King. What he sess and relates through other's remarks is something beyond belief. Although fiction, the timeline and events are quite accurate. For checking; Allison Weir, " The six wives of Henry VIII" non fiction. This book Mante, is sequel to Wolfhall.
Jennifer, thank you so much for friending me here. Although Amish fiction doesn't seem to be your forte, you might like my LOVES OF SNYDER COUNTY SERIES. Or how about some girl/horse adventures for younger girls in your life? Check it out at http://www.marshahubler.com Thanks again! Marsha
HEy! I was wondering if you would check out my blog! I put up new posts every sunday! http://thebookfinder.blogspot.com/
Jennifer, I'm super impressed with your book lists! WOW. Thanks for the friendship and for adding my book, Drawing Free to that impressive list. :)
Hi, Jennifer,Been missing you and hope all is well.
I haven't been to GoodReads for a while, but need to get back and learn to navigate it better.
I have been nominated for a Shorty Award. Since the competition is J. K. Rowling, among other famous authors, it's a long shot, but I'm already in 18th place (fluctuates; just passed the great author Jodi Picoult), THE FONZ is No. 28 andTyra Banks is No. 32... Not bad for an old dame; ME, not Tyra or Jodi, of course :-) It feels super to be ahead of such famous people. <3
No matter how it ends, it's an honor to be nominated. I'd be delighted to have your vote. YOU MUST BE A TWITTERER TO VOTE: DEADLINE FEBRUARY 17TH
