About this author

Tom Woodward was born in 1984 in Canberra, Australia. He has worked as a fruit picker, bartender, mail officer, labourer and kitchen hand. For most of the 2000s he wrote songs and sang them in dirty pubs. He has seen the wayside of many a highway and the cushion of many a couch. He was even once short-listed for young Australian of the Year, but then was arrested for drunk and disorderly two weeks later.

When he is not playing music, working menial jobs or hiking through the outback, he writes. He has published a novella and is currently working on The Sugartown Series, of which the first installment, Gonzo's Dead, is available for 99 cents.
