Debra K. Rodgers grew up in Washington State and majored in Humanities at Washington State University. She lives in her hometown in North Central Washington where she raised her daughter. She enjoys an eclectic music collection, strong coffee, moonlight, the smell of horses, and a fresh bouquet of lilacs next to her bed while she reads.
