About this author

Jan grew up in Canada and moved to the United States to attend graduate school where she earned a M.S. in wildlife biology. Jan loves parks and has worked in several large and small parks and wildlife refuges in North America.
Like the character Mr. Baxter in her first novel, Lotto's Super-Awesome Unbelievable Park Adventure, Jan believes books and fresh air will make you clever.

And clearly, we did not have a lot to do last weekend:)

Enjoy.
