K.C. Rivers is a manga-reading, video-game-playing fantasy enthusiast with a particular fetish for elves, pirates, and winged creatures. She often finds inspiration for her writing from the scenic outdoors and is currently pursuing a career in landscape photography in addition to writing. When she’s not playing the piano, editing photos, or reading, she can usually be found taking a long walk, enjoying a good cup of coffee or quoting The Princess Bride and Monty Python. She lives in beautiful Central Oregon and loves seeing the Cascade Mountains every day. Prince of Light is her first novel.

Well, this was a page-turner if I ever read one. I admit, I did guess what really happened a little over halfway through the book, but that didn't stop the suspense.

It's definitely not for the faint of heart, and there's quite a bit of language and s

Aw, thank YOU! Yes, Lewis and Tolkien were huge inspirations for me. In fact, I recently decided to re-read The Chronicles of Narnia just for fun. And because I now have an omnibus. :)
