Is this gramophone record cover offering new insight?

Is it possible that seasoned country singers can see small bluegrass bands following them wherever they go?

Extremely relevant and timely book, extremely badly written. A pamphlet with card board characters. If capable hands of writer of George Orwell caliber, this could be instant dystopian classics, now it's mostly "what if" category.

Gillian Flynn can write (funny, I take a book and after a page I can say that; it must be my mileage of reading while getting old) but it's all about twists, each of them more improbable, towards the end she's just pulling rabbits out of the hat, fas ...more

What I Talk About When I Talk About Running by Haruki Murakami
Rate this book
Clear rating
When Murakami's writing is good, it's very good (Dance Dance Dance for instance), when it's bad, it's very bad (this book). As a book about writing and running it's shallow on both fronts; the image of the author comes out as vain and geeky.

“In nenadoma me je napolnila radost, da sploh sem. Ni važno, kako in kje, da le obstajam. Dokler lahko. Bolje je živeti še tako usrano življenje, kot sploh nobenega.”
