Ann Fahl is a prize winning quilter and author from Mt. Pleasant, WI. Her new book about her cat is A Black and White Tale . Dancing with Thread is about free-motion quilting in a free-spirited style. Her first book and DVD, Coloring with Thread covers every aspect of machine embroidery and use of decorative thread.

I'm Still Here!

Quilting has truly taken a back seat in my current life as a new Master Gardener in training. The classes were interesting, and I have passed the exam.

This is an interesting book for people interested in ancient Egypt. I am that. This book was full of information directly from sources of those living at the time. But it was a slow read until I got to the last 100 pages.
