I was born and raised in the Los Angeles area. I've had many kinds of work experience in my past. I started off working as a chiropractor's assistant by doing filing, typing, and answering phones. Next, I worked three years as a cashier/merchandise stocker at Office Depot. Before coming to South Korea I was a teacher's assistant with kids that had autism, bi-polar issues, Asperger's Syndrome, and some that were emotionally disturbed. I then thought I would get some experience abroad and teach English to elementary and middle school students for one year. That was back in 2003. I'm still in South Korea as we speak.
