All the Rage by Courtney Summers
" You know all the ways you can kill a girl?
God, there are so many.

This story... these characters... those words... Courtney Summers has done it again.

I don't think, on the whole, I am a person who is afraid of much. I'd even go so far as to say..." Read more of this review »

Pablo Neruda
“I love you without knowing how, or when, or from where. I love you simply, without problems or pride: I love you in this way because I do not know any other way of loving but this, in which there is no I or you, so intimate that your hand upon my chest is my hand, so intimate that when I fall asleep your eyes close.”
Pablo Neruda, 100 Love Sonnets

Toni Morrison
“At some point in life the world's beauty becomes enough. You don't need to photograph, paint, or even remember it. It is enough.”
Toni Morrison

Stanley Kunitz
“The universe is a continuous web. Touch it at any point and the whole web quivers.”
Stanley Kunitz

Toby Barlow
“And were you cornered by her,
eye to eye,
you would see that
there are still some watchful creatures
whose essence lies unbound by words.
There is still a wilderness.”
Toby Barlow, Sharp Teeth

E.B. White
“I arise in the morning torn between a desire to improve (or save) the world and a desire to enjoy (or savor) the world. This makes it hard to plan the day.”
