I'm a lawyer and novelist. I've worked as a legal editor and journalist. I have...blue eyes and like cats. (I couldn't resist including that - it was the clue to my identity in an anonymous love letter I wrote in Grade Eight to a boy I liked. My girlfriend threw the letter in the mailbox after I decided not to send it. But that's another story.)

Now, back to the bio. I'm a passionate reader. I'm married with three kids, and I root for the underdog every time.
