Dave Swavely is the author of numerous books, both fiction and non-fiction. His fiction includes the futuristic action/mystery novel Silhouette and its sequel Kaleidocide, both published by Thomas Dunne Books, a division of Macmillan. His non-fiction titles include Life in the Father's House, Decisions Decisions, Who Are You to Judge?, and From Embers to a Flame (all published by P&R).

He has also written numerous articles, songs, and poems, and has spoken at conferences throughout the country. He has edited books by Dr. John MacArthur and others like Introduction to Biblical Counseling, by MacArthur, Mack, et al. I was interested in the urban ruins part of this story (I love surfing the web to explore such places), but I gave up on it before it got to those parts. Just wasn't interested in the characters enough.

Awesome art, on huge pages! I wish it would have stayed longer in the "cyberpunk-like" future high-tech world instead of spending as much time as it did in the alien no-tech world, but that's more a preference...the variety is a plus for most readers ...more
