Alberto Arcia, a legal Panamanian immigrant has been residing in Plantersville, Texas for 34 years. He's a third term President of The Woodlands Writers Guild. An organization dedicated to nurturing and guiding a writer, as he journeys on the road to success. Arte Publico Press, Houston, Texas published his first novel, Cut & Run, the Misadaventures of Alex Perez in November 30, 2009 - In August of 2012 he self-published a second novel titled, In Search of High Ground, the Amorous Antics of Alex Perez.
