I’m a pretty private person so writing this feels like I’m standing on a diving board, on the highest platform.
I’ve never been up here before.
It’s been a while since I was sixteen and the wrong parts of me jiggle. All of you strangers standing at pool’s edge can see every flaw. I’m blind without my glasses, so I’m not sure if anyone is watching, though.

is finished with Twisted: Read it in a night. Good book, but a little more sophisticated than some YA. My 12-year-old is not ready for it (mostly because of one drunken party scene), but will happily pass it on to the 15-year-old.
