Jeff C. Carter lives in Venice, CA with two cats, a dog, and a human.

His short stories appear in the anthologies DELTA GREEN: EXTRAORDINARY RENDITIONS, A MYTHOS GRIMMLY, CELLAR DOOR, BLAZE OF GLORY, OH LITTLE TOWN OF DEATHLEHEM, TALES FROM THE BELL CLUB,SCIENCE GONE MAD, FRIGHTMARES, SHORT SIPS Vol 2, AVENIR ECLECTIA VOL 1 and issues of eFiction, Trembles and Calliope magazine. His current project is MECHAWEST, a steampunk RPG from Heroic Journey Publishing.

He graduated from the Boston University Film & Television program as well as the Writer's Bootcamp in Los Angeles. He lives in Venice, CA.
