Hello, all. This is Chris. I'm a writer, a father, a kids' soccer coach--I wear a whole lot of other hats too. One of the main loves of my life (other than my wife :)) is reading. I was lucky enough to be introduced to good science-fiction and fantasy novels as a child so science-fiction and fantasy have always been my favorite genres. Why those genres? I guess it is because they are totally unrestricted. No limit to where those genres can go, what ideas they can explore, where writers in those genres can take their readers. I currently write mainly Middle-Grade books. It was a fun age (9-14) when I was a kid, and it is fun to write for that age group.
