About this author

Mark West was born in Northamptonshire in 1969. Writing stories since the age of eight, he discovered the small press in 1999 and since then, he’s published more than 60 stories in various publications around the world.

His first collection, “Strange Tales”, appeared from Rainfall Books in 2003 and this was followed in 2005 by the novel “In The Rain With The Dead”, from Pendragon Press. His novelette “The Mill” was part of the critically acclaimed five author collection “We Fade To Grey” and was followed by "Conjure", which Rainfall Books published in September 2009.

Greyhart Press published "The Mill" as an ebook in 2011 and followed it up with a paperback release in 2012. West's chapbook, "What Gets Left Behind" appeared from Spectral Pres...more
