About this author

Lucinda Rosenfeld was born in New York City on the last day of the 1960’s. Growing up in New Jersey, her favorite authors were Judy Blume and Roald Daul. Lucinda graduated from Cornell University with a B.A. in Comparative Literature. Her first paid writing job was an essay about seeking revenge on an “ex” for now defunct Swing magazine. She also wrote a bar and nightlife column for the New York Post. Lucinda’s first novel, What She Saw . . . was published in 2000 by Random House. It was excerpted in the New Yorker, and optioned by Miramax Films. In 2004, Lucinda published a sequel called Why She Went Home.
