The only way I know to deal with that is to write. It will be garbage at first, but that will pass sooner rather than later as long as I stick with it. (less)

There is nothing that I love more than to hear from a reader of one of my books or my blog letting me know something I've written has inspired them to take action that's made a difference in their life.
