I have thirteen books on Amazon ~ ten full length novels, two novellas and a short story collection. My latest publication is a psychological mystery/thriller/suspense drama ~ The Devil You Know is about five people who fear that a local serial killer might be a person close to them.

I write most contemporary fiction, about the issues that concern so many today; divorce, infidelity, addiction, obsession with celebrity, dysfunctional families, body/image issues, meeting people via social networking sites. Three of my books (Kings and Queens, Last Child and The House of York) are modern day retellings of historical periods in the Tudor and Plantagenet eras.

Favourite writers: Deborah Swift, Carol Hedges, Douglas Kennedy, John Boyne, Gemma Lawre

Victoria Limbert Thank you for the friends invite :)

Lucinda Dear Terry,
I would like to thank you for the lovely and very touching, unexpected friendhip request here on Goodreads and i look forward to reading some of your work. I am honored and would love to be of help in reviewing your work if you would like me to, as an aspiring writer myself i would like to be as much help as possible in spreading the word about works of fiction & the importance of reading. Thank you so much once again,

Collette Scott Hey there Terry,

It's great to connect here! Thanks so much for finding me :D

Lauren (Northern Plunder) Absolutely no problem :)

Victoria Limbert I never know where to answer my wall comments so I will answer both here and on my page just in case lol!!

Lol sorry to take up your newsfeed!! haha, I do alot of my writing quite late on at night or on my days off. I reserve reading for after my shifts at work. I am contantly reading! I cant help it, its my first love :) And I seem to be able to read stupidly fast, probably because I read so much. Sometimes I get through a book in a day if I am really enjoying it lol.

Still I think a book a week is perfectly fine, healthy in fact. Give me a few more years and I am going to need strong glasses and tons of headache pills daily :)

Victoria, ditto - I can't get used to this comment/message thing, or perhaps you get a notification of a reply to a comment?

Ah, I see! Yes, I read fast, too, but these days so much of my non-writing time seems to be taken up with social networking...! I'm already on the strong glasses...

Maureen Hi Terry - now I've just got to work out how I get a book downloaded so I can read it and give a rating - boy - you talk about learning curves- I think I've slipped back down on my backside - I'm not having much luck!!
