About this author

Roy's interests were somewhat atypical as a child. The plot goes like this: General Snow White and her army of dwarven resistance fighters must band together with other fairy tale heroes like Rapunzel, Golidilocks and Red Riding Hood and others to stop the tyrannical, evil Queen Cinderella, from inadvertently starting a war with Wonderland. At the center of this is a young castle servant girl named Patience Muffet who carries with her the last remnants of the fabled Glass Slippers, along with a dark secret of who killed the last of the Fairy God Mothers. Book I is Queen Cinder. Book II is Queen Alice. Thanks for the question. I hope that helps!(less)

Best thing to do is just step away and do something completely unrelated to writing for a few days, and then when you least expect it.. everything suddenly clicks and writer's block is gone!(less)

With Shards Of The Glass Slipper Book 1: Queen Cinder audiobook recorded and "in the studio" for mixing (to be released later this spring), Interest in recording the second book (utilizing the same incredibly gifted narrator as well!) has come to discussion and we're happy to report that book II Queen Alice will be recorded later this year with possible release by later summer or fall in 2015!...
