About this author

I'm a boxer and a hobo. I've recovered from a brain injury, caused by an unknown attack on a dark street one night. To restore myself to sanity, I gave up the grog and I regularly run all the way to the top of Mt Wellington in Tasmania. Here I found my higher power with the help of ACDC and I'm now a member of AA. I film my runs and travels with my digital camera and post them on YouTube.

I also have two beautiful little children that are my life.

“Writing a book is a horrible, exhausting struggle, like a long bout with some painful illness. One would never undertake such a thing if one were not driven on by some demon whom one can neither resist nor understand.”
