Kevin Richey is on page 111 of 338 of Dead Ever After: This one definitely starts out slower. Nearly a third through before the dead body shows up that starts the mystery. There still hasn't been a real scene with any of the vampires, just texts or brief phone calls. I'm hoping now that it's started, it will pick up some.
