Wishing one of my favorite authors, Vince Flynn, continued success with his new book. And, more importantly, continued success in his battle against cancer.

I'm wondering how much interest there is in audiobooks? I'm having one created for Visions 2012 because both my mother and mother-in-law have health issues making it nearly impossible for them to read. Do many people prefer audiobooks if you're able to read without any problems?

I think this demonstrates how wide-spread the knowledge is of the Mayan long count calendar ending on 12/21/12.

The Space Weather Prediction Center publishes a map showing the reach of the solar radiation hurtling past Earth. Some flights have been rerouted to avoid the north pole.

I'd like to say thank you to everyone who entered the Giveaway program for Visions 2012: The Nostradamus Design.

I think the program was successful. There were 10 winners, and they all should be receiving their signed copies of the book in the next few days.

I'm considering doing another one soon, but would like to read any comments about the pros and cons of a second Giveaway program for the same title.
