About this author

Megan O'Neill might not be a household name yet, but the author of (Baseball) Diamonds Are a Girl's Best Friend and the newly-released Everything I Know: Lessons for Life, Love, and Laughter is just getting started. A Pittsburgh girl through and through, she's a sports fan, an actress, a fiction aficionada who also has an interest in war-time literature (both fictional and non-), a Broadway and theater enthusiast, a film and TV junkie, and a music lover.

A graduate of Duquesne University with a B.A. in English (what do you do with a B.A. in English? You write!) and a double-minor in Spanish and Theology, she is currently searching for the perfect job while working on expanding her list of literary credits. You can find her on Twitter at @mi...more

While A Game of Thrones was really very good, A Clash of Kings outstrips it and is terrific. The characters become more fleshed out, and although some of them are still more engaging than others, it didn't give me the same sort of feeling of struggli...more

What's fun about the Sister Joan mysteries is that there's always a twist that Veronica Black tosses at you just when you think you've gotten the whole thing figured out. It happened in A Vow of Silence, it happened in A Vow of Chastity, and it happe...more

“Travel changes you. As you move through this life and this world you change things slightly, you leave marks behind, however small. And in return, life - and travel - leaves marks on you. Most of the time, those marks - on your body or on your heart - are beautiful. Often, though, they hurt.”
