I watched the two hour debut episode knowing I would love it. After all, I loved the three movies and Warehouse 13, to which this bears a huge resemblance. And I am a librarian so when one of the ads says: "Reading is fundamental. Zombies are slow so go for the head. Think like a librarian; it may save your life," I knew this was the show for me.

I've been a big fan of the Temperance Brennen stories for some time. This was a good one. The Afghanistan angle adds interest and I thought the mystery was tighter than several of the more recent books

This is a new author for me and I love her. A different slice of this exotic culture than Laura John Rowland portrays so ably in her mysteries. I will be reading all of the Spanns, just as I do with the Rowlands.
