Snow Wildsmith is a librarian living in Mooresville, North Carolina and working in the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library system. She has served on committees for the American Library Association/Young Adult Library Services Association, including the 2010 ALA/YALSA Michael L. Printz Award Committee. She reviews graphic novels, teen fiction and nonfiction, and children's fiction for Booklist. She is cowriter of A Parent's Guide to the Best Kids' Comics (Krause Publications, 2012) and the author of the five-book teen nonfiction series Joining the Military (McFarland, 2012).

She spends her free time sewing and quilting and plans on opening an Etsy shop to sell custom items. She also spends way too much time on Instagram (@Sewing_with_dragons).
