We had friends from Rome come visit over Ch... Read more of this blog post »

This book confused me and was very hard to read smoothly. The scene changes and character changes jerked me around like I was playing tug o' war. I'd get really into it, then something would jerk me back a few feet (grammar issue, a name that was out...more
The Raven Boys by Maggie Stiefvater
" The Raven Boys has probably been one of the most hyped up books this year. As it is being released this week, I thought I had better pick it up and see what the fuss was about! I must admit that I wasn't a fan of Shiver or Linger, though I haven't... " Read more of this review »
Heather McCubbin is on page 45 of 409 of The Raven Boys: So far, I am having to slow way down from how I usually read. Mainly, because I don't understand what is being told to me. I am finding some missed punctuation is to blame ( like eats, shoots and leaves vs. eats shoots and leaves) and by page 45 I am on the third point of view of what I am assuming will be another major character. However, I am interested in Blue and want to see what happens.
